The stunning pair of brunettes struck demure poses before singing up a storm on stage in support of the Patient Amenities Fund at SickKids Hospital in the Canadian City.
Nicole, 35, arrived in a flattering full-length black gown which boasted a large slit to show off her slim pins.
The former Pussycat Dolls songstress pulled her lengthy tresses back into an elegant up-do as she posed for the shutterbugs.
Katharine, 29, was equally stunning in a uniquely designed short frock, patterned with tiny black and white leather pieces.
Nicole later switched her demure gown for a something shorter and sexier, hitting the stage in a black and gold dress with a flouncy skirt and fishnet stockings.
Letting her long hair down, the singer belted out her tunes with fierce expression, stomping about in patent leather knee-high boots.
Also present to support the benefit was talk show host Mario Lopez, who struck a smiley pose on the carpet in a crisp grey suit before acting as the MC for the night.
And she looks amazing.
