Yes, Ke$ha owned both. I mean, Katy had the Spins record with "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" with 14.935, the only one to came close was Call Me Maybe with 14.600+. Then, when the smash "One More Night" was rulling atop, they included more stations and OMN became the first song to reach the 15k mark. Since the record has been broken:
