Oh, I didn't know it was used often. Idk how I feel about it being banworthy, the set is honestly a hit or miss considering your whole team has to revolve around it.
But on Liepard in general, definitely deserves to be banned. I don't agree with the tiers in PO much anymore but what I do agree with is Liepard being banned from NU

Yeah I ran into three separate people in the same day with the team. If they can steal your hazards and get Liepard out safely it's gg. I couldn't do anything to stop her from phazing, the priority is just beyond ridiculous lol.
