How do I download this on itunes if you already pre-ordered the album?
It wouldn't let me so I just purchased it from the standard edition but after that I saw somebody say that it works if you log out, click buy then log in and it works.

Search for "katy perry walking on air" with the search bar in iTunes Store and the version of both the deluxe and standard edition will pop up still available for purchase, buy it from there. That's how I have downloaded Dark Horse and WOA so far and I had the same problem as you.
