Really? I think the backing music sounds a lot like Vogue during the very first chorus around 45 seconds in. Whenever I listen to that part with Earphones in I'm always reminded of Vogue, I haven't heard any similarity to Express Yourself, but the entire song definitely has an early Madonna vibe to it.
