So basically I saw a picture of the ARTPOP tracklist so I checked Wiki cause that's where the photo had it, then I saw it says New Zealand, Australia, Germany and Austria have the ARTPOP release dtae of 8th November, and Worldwide 3 days later on 11/11 so I opened iTunes (from NZ) and saw the expected release date is 11/8.

You're late. All countries have a certain release date.
Norway has the friday before the US too.

Yeah we knew this, it was the same with BTW/most major music releases

UK are Mondays, US Tuesday, Germany, NZ, AUS and IR are Fridays, so you're late

Yet she said she picked 11.11 because that was the date every fan could experience the album at the same time...

Friday release for Europe, Australia and Ireland
Monday for the UK
Tuesday for US and Canada

At the end of the day, Interscope wants her to be #1 in the maximum of country and doesn't care of what GaGa says. They only think about their money.
