This is correct, and I agree. I rather like her Dr. Luke songs.
However, he is to blame for more than that - he assumes creative control over her. For example, Crazy Kids and Wherever You Are are two songs that were more of Luke's idea and less of Ke$ha's but she just had to deal with it and release them. Essentially he's trying to somehow establish his own ideas through her and that's not how it should work. That's abusive to creativity and artistic expression in music.
