I would RAGE if the music video for this is just a concert video.

It IS the third single and many websites confirmed it.

But it isn't confirmed by Demi herself, or Hollywood Records, or even Chachi.

Chachi already tweeted complaining about people not liking whatever HWR does, right when Yahoo announced NL as a single.

But he didn't confirmed it, by saying 'people are not liking whatever HWR does FOR DEMI', so we can't tell what he was talking about. Please don't create rumors.

It's as good as confirmed that Neon Lights is the single...
