You could try and buy it on the 12th of October, but chances are that they might be sold out if you aren't early.
You could always download it from the E-Shop if you don't mind getting a digital copy
Thank you for your answer. It just pisses me off that I might not get the game the first day. I can't preorder it only nor buy it by the eshop, so I just hope there are copies left when I go and buy it.
