Paige Elliot Cast in Fast Times at University



Paige Elliot recently revealed in an interview with MTV that she would be in the star-studded cast for the upcoming film Fast Times at University. She also opened up on her character's role and importance, also revealing the film featured an ensemble cast with no one "main" character.

MTV: So, can you tell us about your role?
Paige: Well, she's a party girl. She brings out the fun in everyone, and tends to get really wild... She does plenty of drugs, but she's not the typical stoner type... She's the kind of girl you want to go have fun with to try and get cheered up after you went through a tough break up.
MTV: What about the rest?
Paige: Not really up for me to say, but the One Direction guys are some big fraternity group. They're like Gods to the incoming college freshman. Justin, bless him, is an uber jock. Vanessa plays some promiscuous stoner, and the rest... You'll just have to see.
MTV: Now, of those, who's the main character?
Paige: Oh, that's the thing! It's an ensemble cast! We all have around equal screen time, a lot if it being together, and we each have our individual story arcs (Though, of course, those often involve each other). I mean, there's a myriad of characters, so there's bound to be one that viewers can connect to and love.
MTV: What's the best way to describe this movie?
Paige: It just... It's fun. It's a great college flick, dramatic enough to catch you, but fun enough to not take it too seriously. I mean, that's sort of the point. It doesn't take itself too seriously. It's like Spring Breakers on crack, which is funny since Vanessa was also in that... And, as Justin Bieber said, it's like "the American Pie of our generation".

Jamila's "The Jamila Bus" Runs over Carlos Pena. The bus traveling around handing out snippets of Jamila's latest single has got into an accident where it hit collaborator Carlos Pena. The Bus, with Jamila in the passenger seat. Carlos reportedly got into an argument with Jamila over whether or not mustard tastes better than ketchup which ended up escalating to her telling him he looks like a thumb and to go away. Carlos took her joke seriously and stormed off. When it appeared he had walked away they began driving the bus..... and ran over him by accident while he was riding his bike 2 blocks away. Carlos is reportedly on Life Alert at a hospital in NYC while the doctors try to make up for loss of blood and help him regain consciousness. No word from Jamila's team on the situation.

Viral Video: Jamilla has Meltdown over Single Cover typo. A video uploaded on TMZ YouTube account yesterday ft. Jamilla already has amassed 1.7 million views. The video begins with Jamilla in the studio with her manager and afew others. Her single (CD edition) is handed to her and she scans it for a bit before snapping it in half angirly. "What the ****?" she shouts. The crew around her look shocked as she screams at the editor about how her name has been misspelled. "Is it really that hard to spell my damn name? Google it you ignoramus ass pizza face!" Jamila then shoves everything off the mans desk and dumps on the seat of his paints. He begins ot protest as Jamilla shouts "You're ****ing fired! Get the **** out you stupid bitch!". Then as he stormed out Jamilla turned ot whoever was filming and said "I ain't taking no ****ing pictures... **** off". TMZ commentators described Jamilla as a "bad bitch" but also as a "bully" "diva" and "selfish *****". Jamila's angry outburst caused "Jamila Freakout" to trend on twitter, and many to compare her to crimminal singer Chris Brown, who wrote her single "Straight Up Beautiful".

SKY FERREIRA ON THE VOICE UK

Sky Ferreira performed on The Voice UK tonight, a performance in which she filmed earlier today during the taping. The performance contained strobe lights, in which the host made sure to warn the audience, and a bunch of gorgeous props and visuals. The entire performance began with Sky surrounded by walls behind her and to either side, the only emptiness in front of her to give her pathway to the main stage. The walls began lighting up in neon colors, flashing like strobe lights with the neon colors as Sky stood there in a pose, her hand on her hip. The colors flashed on the walls in sync with the beat (which was a bit more techno oriented than the original). Sky began singing, her hair long with extensions, her usual grunge look barely noticeable as she wore regular eye make up and her eyes were free of black make up. Her lips ruby red she looked like a total lolita as she sang into a microphone. During the pre-chorus, she put her back against the wall and slid down seductively in her mini dress with a black leather jacket over. With her hour glass frame she seduced the audience as she looked to her left into the camera and sang, the walls fill of the words 'teen queen' in a thousand different fonts. When she got to the chorus, the walls turned different neon colors as Sky jumped around singing the chorus. The bridge was when the real magic happened. All the walls went off in color and Sky's make up lit up, and her lips were neon pink and her eyeshadow neon green. It was ****ing epic. She went in on vocals before the chorus started again and Sky began teasing her skirt up with a smirk before the end of the song happened and all the walls spelt out her name 'Sky Ferreira'. She thanked the audience, exuding nothing but confidence and sultriness.
