Because she said it was gonna be the album of the decade and it didn't even sell 10 million copies WW, is only 2x platinum in the US and was embarrassingly upstaged by 21.

Your second album is supposed to be bigger than your first, and you can tell that was what they were aiming for, but BTW fell well short of The Fames sales.
