Like you're looking into the song way to much. She's saying "we didn't come for money" as in we don't do the things we do for the money, we do it to live life.
You make it sound like Money has to be everyone's priority.
Living should be everyone's number one priority and that's exactly what she's saying.
With your logic, Taylor's comes off as way more pretentious in her songs subjects by around 110% more.
