I wouldn't say she is completely underrated. She might have a weak voice but her music is amazing indeed. I have to say it takes some popularity to tour the world and I highly doubt Demi Lovato, for example, would be able to tour the world based on her popularity. Selena just did it and her tour did great worldwide.

I am so proud of her and if anything she is underrated but there's more underrated people. I'd say that Stars Dance is underrated. That album gives me life!
