JustJaredJr.com: Bridgit Mendler quits Hollywood Records, signs with Indigo Records!
After a month of speculation, today it was confirmed by Bridgit herself that she quit Hollywood Records due their not-professional work. Bridgit, 20, and her team three months ago decided to quit Hollywood Records after a long discussion about their work and all the promotion Bridgit gets from Hollywood Records.
Bridgit shared news about her decision on twitter: "@bridgitmendler: yes, the rumors are true! I've quit Hollywood Records for good!" "@bridgitmendler: I decided to do that because they weren't giving me enough promo with album 1, I had to do it myself" "@bridgitmendler: so when I came back to the studio, me and my team talked about it and I've decided to quit it"
And that's not all! Bridgit exclusively told for JustJaredJr.com, that she has signed a new contract deal with young and fresh label, who is created under Sony Music, Indigo Records! Currently, Bridgit is in studio with producers, that created her first album, and she also shared about her upcoming new single, describing it as Ready Or Not and Postcard mash-up, but with more mature sound and lyrics, and the new single by Bridgit will be released sometime really really soon, with the follow-up album to Hello My Name Is... sometime in near future.
