I kinda agree. In some cases it's not about what you know but who you know. That principle can be applied to people getting into IVY league colleges or great corporate jobs.
- So in a case like the Grammys although I don't think you can buy them, the ROC nation clique is very well connected. Bey, Jay Z, Ye, Rih are some of the most powerful artists in the industry. Now their connections might not always guarantee them a win but I'm sure it helps with extra nominations.
