She's wearing a golden jewelery piece around it. Her hair is reflecting off of it to make it seem like she doesn't have a neck.

Its her photo editor's fault. She did not wear any jewelry during the photoshoot .

Yes she did. In the black outfit, she had a gold piece around her neck...
