No, because I don't sell milkshakes. You have to have a license to sell stuff for free without a business because people need to know who to come to in case they found out you put something bad in your milkshakes.
But if I did have milkshakes, I wouldn't do it in the backyard because people wouldn't notice it. Maybe on the front lawn or somewhere near the sidewalk. And I'd also get more than just boys, all genders and ages would probably be interested since I'm in Florida and people would love a nice milkshake to cool off with.
