I hope it is the 2nd single. I know, I know, an up-tempo track is the usual for her and it has been working like for all her eras since In The Zone, but if they want a successful mid-tempo/ballad single, it needs to be released "early" so Britney actually promotes it. I strongly believe 'Criminal' went unnoticed not only because of the censored video, but also because the GP probably didn't even know it existed - I mean, she didn't even perform it on tour.

I don't trust Larry in a bit.
According to him, Blackout, Circus & Femme Fatale were supposed to be Britney's Ray Of Light...
He needs to start doing the right thing about her promotion, cause clearly he has his head more focused on Miley than Britney as we speak.
