^ The Origin is an anime special based on the games Red and Blue. I believe it's just one episode (for now anyway )

If you're talking competitive tiers, then I have to disagree. Those two have an Uber strategy. Shedinja is untouchable against Kyogre
They slay in abilities, movepool and their stats are good enough tbh (+ they're my faves so your opinion doesn't matter )

Except that they do sh*t. Shedinja's design and basically its whole existence is pretty f*cking genius.
Don't you dare to come for Jumpluff's flawlessly designed everything

Lemme just.
Shedinja is screwed after hazards so really your whole team will have to build revolved around him if you want any viability, and even then, it's not like it lacks weaknesses altogether or isn't weak to toxic/will-o-miss etc. And honestly, if it's not NU, you'll have to swords dance at LEAST twice to do any real damage considering Shedinja doesn't even have high attack either.
Jumpluff may be JESUS from the design etc but we can't deny it's stats are utter ****. The ONLY good thing you'll get out of it is a fast sleep inducer (and the accuracy isn't even perfect). Honestly, you have to swords dance like 3 times with Jumpluff to do any hard hitting damage (assuming the opponent even gets max sleep turns), and it dies in like one hit. And if we're talking about the lower tiers, say hello to all of the low tier sap sippers, Natu, and defense walls that can switch out after a sleep powder sac. It also has NO good abilities, like what could it use? Chlorophyll after it already outspeeds over half of the metagame unboosted? Slay.
And the only reason they have ''uber strategies'' is because they're popular. It won't make them any more useful
EDIT: ok i typed way more than i thought i did wow

I do love Jumpluff though. I hope it becomes more useful in gen 6 (fat chance)

Can I ask you a Pokequestion?

Wow, I did NOT ask for an essay like that, but clock a bit, I guess. I have good experiences with my Shedinja and its competetive use doesn't make it any better or worse
Edit: you'd be surprised how easily Shedinja sweeps Gardevoirs in NU though. Since they're basically on everyone's team, it's an easy instant KO

Sure.
And I know a lot of times I type like x2 more than I planned to
But I stand by my point on Shedinja, it could probably be good in game though since AI's are dumb as hell

I don't know what you mean with AI, but I used Shedinja in Sapphire and everyone worked around Wonder Guard, like instant switching etc. They obviously programmed trainers to use a move that's strong against Shedinja
