I disagree. EVERYONE is entitled to their opinion and is welcome in every thread (bar trolls), and posts like the one mentioned are just a lame attempt to exclude others based on their opinions/favs.

Not really. If you say nothing about the topic and are only there to start an argument with someone you dislike then that clearly deserves a WP.
