If they had timed it with Warrior's release and it was a success (which we know it was), then they wouldn't have needed additional promo for the tour. It's so unfortunate how it played out. Maybe the episodes just weren't finished by the time Warrior was released? However then maybe... they should have waited just a tiny bit longer, even though the wait had been long already at that point.

Agreed on all counts. You know, it might not have been such a horrible thing to postpone the album just a bit. (I know I'd probably be singing a different tune one year ago, but that's neither here nor there.
) She could have avoided the madness of the year's final quarter and wouldn't have had to compete with the likes of Rihanna and Bruno Mars, and it would've also given her enough time to put out a second single before the album dropped. Probably would have gotten even more of her momentum back.
I mean, you'd think Cannibal would have been proof enough that she's not immune to getting lost in the shuffle leading up to Christmas. Such an ambitious release date, especially considering she'd been gone for nearly two years.
