Lorde said on Twitter that it was only thrown onto iTunes because it leaked. I guess it's being treated as a promo single of sorts.
But it would do well as the 2nd US single, I think, although Tennis Court would smash too. I'd like them to sync up US singles with the rest of the world, but it's kind of difficult because Royals smashed in Australia and NZ like 3 months ago and she's already moved on.
I had no idea that Britney dropped that much.
