No one is saying any of that, but trying to argue and say that Miley isn't is pure bull. Call it what it is.
And your example is ridiculous. If Miley wouldn't take the most stereotypical aspect of what she sees as "black culture" she wouldn't be getting flack from some black people. People are fine with Justin doing it, and they were fine when others did it. It's how you do it that leads you to be called out.
