Basically this. More albums sold, less singles due to people already owning them through the album. Agree with Katy's single success due to the low-ish onset of sales.

I know I can't judge from titles alone, but i'd like:

Single 1 - Applause
Single 2 - Gypsy - Late October
Promo 1 - ARTPOP - First week November
Promo 2 - MANiCURE - Second week November
Single 3 - Sex Dreams (feat. Rihanna) - Early January
Single 4 - Brooklyn Nights - Early April
Single 5 - Mary Jane Holland - Late June
Tour begins - July - August in the US

I'm hoping Gypsy becomes the second single as well. But if Rihanna is actually on Sex Dreams, you know the radios will jump ship on Gypsy and put all of their focus onto SD. So...I'm not sure what Gaga should do.

NO promo singles, please. One is okay. I don't know why but I feel like they aren't good for Gaga?

So far, I want Gypsy, MANiCURE, Sex Dreams as singles. I have to listen to the album to see what other songs are potential or worthy of being singles.

i think we will get 4-5 singles this time around depends on how the last single does.

applause, manicure, sex dream pretty much on lock Aura ican see it becoming single due to gaga. another one would be Gypsy. so that makes 5 singles with each producer having at least one

I wasn't expecting that many singles. I was imagining how fun it would be for that to happen.

It may have not been clear, but my prediction was of the 2nd single, not the others, just the 2nd.
