No. It's a "private" party as far as we know.

You can only get in via invites. I know for example that the VMA winners were changed to attend the ArtRAVE (cause MTV wouldn't let the fans meet Gaga or something so they changed the win).

But I realllllllly hope and believe that we will get a stream or something.

I think the app will be released worldwide on the same day at the same time.
