And idk if you know, but if you want to level up easily you should hit that Cafe on the join avenue tbh. You can get an 8+ on the level of any Pokemon if you reach 10 in the rank. It's quite useful tbh and I gave it to most of my Pokemon, that's why their level is so high.
Also, are any of your Pokes hacked?
Like Charizard or sth, idk it's not very common to see people using a Charizard lbr.
I have some hacked ones, but I didn't think it was very fair to use them.
