It's the same as Pokégen, which is free and allows you to do more stuff more easily
So I am playing a Pokemon Emerald Randomizer runthrough and I just got a Shuckle with his defense and attack stats switched (both physical and special). It just learned Dragon Dance,and I taught it Meteor Mash with a TM I got since in this Randomizer, Shuckle can learn Meteor Mash apparently. MY SHUCKLE IS GOING TO DESTROY THE WHOLE GAME.
