She has anxiety in front of large crowds and cameras
She's afraid of negative publicity if her performances aren't the greatest
Take your pick

Before you make conclusions, just wait. You never know what the future awaits us.

My point Is not based off one era, its based of like 4 past era.

People choose the balance that works for them though. And for Britney, her balance is going to be different. That balance might not please her fans, but her well being and her family come before that.

Of course I'm not expecting her to perform every week like she did early in her career, thats just not possible she has a family. However she should perform a little bit more than zero times a year.
|
The key is picking just a few key places to promote. So Ellen, GMA, Jimmy Kimmel, X Factor UK, Alan Carr. Just a couple of performances on a huge platform.

For most of her life she sacrificed herself to the public, to her fans, to dancing, to exercising, to promoting, etc, that made her realize that life is more than just a job. Why keep sacrificing herself when people will still make their own conclusions about her? She loves music yes, but she is not trying to prove anything anymore, I don't even think that she cares how many albums she sales or how high her singles are on the charts, she just want people to enjoy her music, but I don't think she cares how many people do. Her main priority is herself and her kids, and after almost losing them I can understand why she would feel that way. I don't see her quitting anytime soon, because she loves music, she's also been writing about her personal life, she is obviously engaged in her career, but her priorities have changed and people need to deal with it.

She loves to sing and release new songs for her fans. She's still at music business because of her fans and her passion for music! But it seems she lost her passion to perform as she used to. She's uncomfortable performing in front of a thousand of people

I just want Britney to be happy, her story inspired me and I can identify with it, that's why I hate when people offend her and bash her, be grateful that she still makes music for us even when fame almost killed her. She has made mistakes, but EVERY artist does, I'm also disappointed by the lack of promo, but in the end I stan for the amazing music she has created and also for how she overcame her struggles.

I completely agree with you! I also identify with her story, I think I love her even more after her breakdown, she demonstrated how strong she is, and how she was able to pull through! I still think about it and she is so much stronger now, I can't even imagine how hard it must have felt for her to face the media and even the public when so many people only wished for her death and said horrible things about her and her kids, how she abused them, how Jayden had mental problems caused by her own mother... I mean, horrible horrible things!! So honestly, even looking at her smiling now is a blessing.

Oh come on now you know that was her team. Not once in her recent interviews has she begged people to buy the single, she doesn't even mention it if the interviewer doesn't mention it.

Yes, but not many popstars have had a breakdown, or have been on the verge of dying or God forbid killing themselves. In fact, the many artists that have, end up prematurely dying. I'm sure she realized that a career is just that, a career, but her kids are her world and she will never ever trade her kids for her job.

I agree so much! She has children and family, and she's already proven herself as one of the biggest pop icons of our time. She doesn't need to prove us what's already proven, but obviously she's gonna perform again when she just announced the Vegas tour.
|
Exactly! She doesn't need to prove anything, not to us and not to herself either.

Basically, I agree with most of this.

It's not the kids and family that are the excuse, it's her circumstances surrounding it. She nearly lost them and was at the brink of losing everything, hence why she's changed. Can those other working mothers say the same?
She's prioritized what's really important to her well-being (her family) and continues to work on music cause she obviously still enjoys it, but (what I'm assuming) feels that she doesn't have to put herself out there anymore and she just wants her dedicated fans to enjoy her music.

It seems obvious to me that it's her team that tweets those things.

I suppose when you put it like that. She just got herself back up so quickly after the breakdown that i sometimes forget she lost her kids for a while

Because she's over it all and wants to retire with her millions and raise her children.
Unfortunately, Papa Spears, who still has legal control of all her affairs and takes a cut of all her earnings, won't let that happen because he needs to milk his cash cow until it has nothing left to give.
But I think the cash cow is starting to run dry.

Mess. I honestly think that she has potential. She is still young and can still have a career along with a family.
The general public simply need to give a good performance again. The world fell in love with Brit because of her performances. She can still do it. The circus tour had dope performances. She just needs one huge performance.
