He wanted to work with her even from before the RR era. It never commenced though.
So Nicki just randomly RTs Rihanna for the first time in like a year and it just so coincidentally happens to be a Gaga song?
If you didn't know, they recently "reconnected". She mentioned Rih in GIATM, Then Rih posted a pic of Nic on IG about the line, and she retweeted it. Then they got together and partied for Wang's party. I'm not saying it's a coincident, but they've been talking lately.
