Did a bit of research. It's a commercial award.
Based in Ali's hometown Louisville, Kentucky - Aguilera got it cause she's been a bankrolled spokeswoman of the huge corporation that sponsors this award: Yum Brands (owner of Kentucky Fried Chicken & other global restaurant franchises).
