Is like those artists who charge to give autographs. Disgusting. If my fave did it, I wouldn't give him a cent.
I'm just realizing in Kpop that's pretty normal, the fans don't pay money but they are obligated to buy at least 10 albuns or more to compete for a place at the meet & greet. There are fans who buy more than a hundred albuns.
