It's by city. Taylor did multiple shows in several cities while Beyoncé only did multiple shows in NY.

1D did more multiple dates than Bey, and played in bigger venues sometimes (like the two dates at the 28,000 seats amphitheatre in Tinley Park, or the two dates at Hersheypark Stadium)
