Right now, it's been good for my national currency, but I know very well it won't be good anymore soon. Like Kworb said, if the US economy collapses, it will take the rest of the world with it.

Mexico also depends on US. But recently, mexican peso is gaining weight. Now 1USD = $10.77 USD. One of the lowest in months. Last year, mexican peso spent almost all the time around 11-11.70
Also USA is buying more to Mexico than in the past years.

Now, Mexico is more interested in Europe, Japan & China but the dependency of US economic is huge.

but still Mexico is closer to the US so trading is easier with them

Oh Pablo dear... all Latin American depens on US. Even the Brazil, Chile and Mexico.

And I think all the world will suffer the effects of a US dollar crash. Not all the countries will suffer the same damage.
