there was a Q&A with Jeff Koons in the NYT. he didn't mention gaga but he talks about his current work (a champagne filled balloon sculpture ).. maybe a hint at what the album cover will be like? and he also goes on about the "Venus" figure. I wouldn't be surprised if Gaga got the idea of ARTPOP girl (Venus) from Koons.
