But a poster from previous pages said that Aga is a popular name for people who can cook/bake then the chef has a chance to win this. The woman came up with a name that she thought was clever - combining Lady Gaga with Aga (popular stove brand). Simple.

In doing so, the woman knowingly played with two trademarked brands. Simple.

One of said brands (so far) took legal action. Their angle likely being that she's intentionally trying to piggyback on their brand by replicating the 'Lady Gaga' name bar one letter etc. I'd imagine Aga would be on her case for trying to profit through association with their brand sooner or later, too.

Is it OTT? Sure, but that's how these things often go. Does Gaga know about it? Sure. Did Gaga instigate or do more than merely sign off on the suit? Probably not.
