Gaga only has 3 number ones, no? Why would the monster not consider a top ten successful when 9 of her single peaked within it?
The Scottish position is redundant. Also, you counted Belgium twice. Flanders and Wallonia aren't countries. She was not #1 on the ordinary GAON chart. It was on the component international chart. Lebanese chart is extremely dubious and has nothing to do with the IFPI. The Ecuadorian 'chart' is radio only. The Bulgarian position you cited is airplay only. It didn't peak in the top 5 of sales. The Israeli position is also from that country's international chart, not the normal one. I could continue, but frankly this is getting tiring.
