This week is going by so slow

That's great! I met a girl today who would totally fit the character archetype of the cool best friend or main character in a movie. She kinda looks like Cher Lloyd except with cool clothes.

NNnnnn one of my friends got kicked out of our group for promoting Applause all throughout the school

I'm definitely socially awkward. I always get self-conscious when I'm talking with other people, which is why most of my social interaction is online where I don't have to worry about stuff like eye contact, facial expressions, and stuff like that. When I'm with my friends I'm a completely different person than when I'm by myself or with strangers. It took me like a whole year before I opened up to my co-workers. You're not alone, sis.

Girls are always in the market for "a gay best friend". If I came out, my family would disown me. I've sadly accepted that b/c of that, I'll probably be single for the rest of my life.

Yes It takes me a while to warm up to people, like I can't just have this casual conversation with a person the first time I meet them, I need to just be around them in general a couple of times and then start to slowly introduce myself to them and start talking to them as time goes on, I can't just go for it on the first try.
When I'm around somebody I'm comfortable with I can talk no problem though.

I tend to look down at my shoes when some stranger/family member talk to me, but when I'm with one of my 5 (best) friends I'm seriously crazy/fun to be around honestly.

Yup, same here! I usually never say what's on my mind or keep the conversation going when someone new just comes up and asks me a question. It's really sad
