Your voice is lovely but you over sang a bit, the beauty of the song is in it's simplicity, I get that you want to show off your skills but learning where to do that and learning where to rely on emotion is a great skills.

And it's funny you say that specifically because the past few years I've been training as a classical singer. So like.. the amount of concentration we put on context is HORRID. Pop is like my freedom from all that. Mostly soul though (I couldn't help putting a few blues scales here and there ). This type of cover is really for like facebook or friends. Not my forte!
