You consider Jewels and Drugs & Dark Horse the same genre just because they both have (a) rapper(s). In my opinion Gaga actually made the song sound urban, Dark Horse is still great but it's still pop to me for some reason.
Honestly, I'm not too ashamed to admit that Jewels & Drugs made me SCREAM when they brought out TI, Too Short, and Twista. And to this day, I still listen to the live version on YT. So, I guess that's where my vote is going to.
