That kinda has more to do with the postal service than YesAsia...
It depends though bc I've had a couple jewel case CDs from Yesasia which have arrived with cracks but they've been well packaged with bubble wrap so I'd be inclined to think the damage is done at their warehouse rather than in the mail.
If you're okay with purchasing from eBay stores I recommend grapemusicland and kpopmarket. I only use Yesasia if the item isn't available anywhere else or if their price is cheaper (which it rarely is lol)
I always shop from Kpopmarket I love that shop everything comes perfect and fast I'm waiting on a package from them now but i never have any problems with them so I don't worry as much

I'm waiting on a package from them now but i never have any problems with them so I don't worry as much
