They don't sound alike. It's more like Sexy and I Know It instrumental + Scream and Shout chorus.
You are closer, but that's still house music, this doesn't really sound like that. I would say Work Bitch is more in the genre of Trance and Rave music rather than House. WB is much faster than both of them and the BPM is light years ahead of that of WFL and SAIKI. This is also more under ground and a lot harder into the dance scene than both of these songs.
