Am i the only one who doesn't hear the lana influence ...Lana songs has a lot of vocal layering and is lush where as lorde songs have a texture and it's straight forward singing

I hope she won't be a 1 hit wonder. She deserves multi platinum singles and albums.

Two things are similar, The deep singing and both are capable of writing with ease great hook lines.

I don't understand the comparisons either. Their music sounds nothing alike. I think its just because they're both popular indie girls.

Oh I am so sorry for liking an artist that I just now discovered because her name is all over the internet.

I forgot you have to be a fan since the very first breath of an artist to be a true stan, pardon me.

So if someone starts to like an artist because they're discovering them for the first time, they're all of a sudden bandwagon fans?

I'm listening "Team" for the 1st time and i fell in love with the song. I wasn't expecting such a nice bop, cause "Royals" is kinda mehh.

I kinda liked "Royals" and "Tennis Court" at first, but really loved them after a few listens (I also like some of the songs on 'The Love Club EP' and 'Tennis Court EP' better than their respective singles, tbh). "Team", however, is an instant love for me. I'm so excited for her debut.

I think he just means bandwagoners cause most of her fans came after her radio success and a few of us have been jamming to royals for a year or so.

Wait this is a bop. Royals and Tennis Balls were underwhelming to me, but this is a jam. I'm not here for her interviews but if her album slays like this song, I might stan.
