WAIT....I had no idea URBAN ARTISTS completely ruled the Airplay Chart from 2001-2008 and half of 2009.

The Rhythmic panels were similar to the pop panels in terms of size, so if you had a urban and rhythmic smash, the chances of getting a #1 on Airplay were quite high. I know that was the case from 2001-2007, at least.
