It's all GeoKings and Britstar's fault tbh. They took a few Sony nicknames to heart and now no one can have any fun with video game nicknames
Yet they come in here and appeal that Xbone isn't a nickname and get away with it They mad.
Mods can I report Xbone as a nickname? One or Xbox are better nicknames. Especially in the way that everyone throws about Xbone.
The mods decided that Xbone is an acceptable shorthand (like PS4 for PlayStation 4) for the console since it was being used as an abbreviation on many well known sites that way

But even the sites recognise it as a nickname, not an abbreviation. There was even an article about it. Everyone knows it's a distasteful nickname. Especially when most posters here use it along the lines of "Xboned".

If someone uses Xboned, typed out that way, its an obvious nickname and will be warned
The only acceptable "nickname" is Xbone

But it's still a nickname though and therefore should not be allowed on this site. If people can't even have fun nicknames in the Pokemon threads, then Xbone shouldn't be allowed either because it's definitely flamebait. Can't it just be the One if people can't be bothered to type out the whole thing?

There are several nicknames allowed here, Gags for example, why is Xbone such a big deal ?

I'm not butthurt If the mods are shutting down on our Pokemon nicknames which are used in the POKEMON thread and in jest, then I want the One nicknames to be shut down too. Seems fair to me. Frankly I never wanted any of the nicknames to be reported in the first place but if that's the way things are going to be nowadays...
Oh and Gags is reportable I think. I'm pretty sure I've seen Necki or Kety posts be warned.
