Read this before assuming you know something based on what you hope to happen (Ciara performing and getting decent promo) when there's an actual chance she'll just be there doing nothing. Ellen invites musicians all the time to do other things than peform whether it be DJing, skits, pranks, reunions, giveaways or surprises.
