They need a Christina Milian-esque backstage person too to help their digital content. The Voice is KILLER with that type of stuff. I don't understand why they don't have one, and why Mario doesn't interact with the contestants like Christina, Dermott (in the UK) and Ryan Seacrest do.
Also, Xtra Factor on E! would be another good move...
Didn't think Paulina was right for the show when I heard she's joining the panel, certainly not changing my mind after watching the first 2 episodes. She's just boring and doesn't fit with Simon/Demi/Kelly trio who honestly have the best chemistry together.
