These days it's rare to have anyone that isn't an actress covering American Vogue. I like this better than Jennifer's cover. You can actually see fashion and not just a head-shot.
As for Miley covering Vogue. It will happen, eventually. Rumor has it that Rihanna was supposed to get the cover of American Vogue during GGGB era, but then those nude photos of her leaked, and Anna supposedly cancelled the cover. Fast forward to Loud and Unapologetic eras, and all's been forgiven. If Bangerz era smashes and has longevity through 2014, don't be surprised if Miley makes a cameo on that cover.
