Shes technically been saying the same thing since around 2008. There were a series of clips of demos released back then that obviously have long since been scrapped. I think she struggled to find a way to release a new album since Warner Bros. went under. I mean who would sign her now you know? In 2004-2006 she had no problem but now? Especially since even when she was at her peak the album underperformed by normal standards, but I mean for her it did surprisingly well. The album did go top 10 afterall lol
Anyway the song is actually going to get released because now she actually has a record label. I'm sure it won't make any waves on the charts or on radio but she can at least actually release an album now.
