There really is no outclassing the special Ice moves we already have, so the ability really only could aid physical Ice attackers, and obviously Ice doesn't really have a strong physical movepool. It would be so troll if Amaura ended up a special attacker. The only use I could come up with for a special attacker is a niche Hyper Beam... but even then, Blizzard would most likely get the job done anyway and it would just be overkill and would leave ha dead the next turn.

And what about the other Ice Pokemon that will probably get it? Lbr, they all suck (at least physically).
Mamoswine wouldn't trade Thick Fat for an Ice-Return (or would it?

Kyurem-B is a little unlikely that he'll get it but it could aid him well if it happens.
Rotom-F - no. Beartic - yes, but will anyone use him either way?
Abomasnow, Regice, Lapras? lol.
The only one who's really getting something here is Weavile who could dish out some very serious damage with it and don't have to worry much about Steel-Types anymore, but with the Dark nerf.
