1930s: It is known that Scamander serves as Headmaster of Hogwarts at some point in his life, and this is the most likely time for that. Armando Dippet is known to be Headmaster in 1943, and likely took up the post a few years previous. Dippet is succeeded by Dumbledore, which means Scamander must have preceded Dippet. Therefore, I would guess that Scamander was Headmaster from the late 1920s through the late 1930s.
1930s-1940s: I estimate the birth of his child(ren) to occur in this time period*
1947: Aids in creation of the Werewolf Registrar
1965: Creates Ban on Experimental Breeding
1960s: Travels world studying dragons on behalf of the Dragon Research and Restraint Bureau; also adds to

*Luna Lovegood (b. 1981) marries Newt's grandson Rolf, so we know that Newt had
at least one son. We have no indication of Rolf's age when he marries Luna, but I'm going to assume that he was several years older than her... Perhaps around the same age as Bill and Charlie Weasley, which would put Rolf's birthday in the 1970s. For Rolf to have been born in the 1970s, his own father would've been born some 3 decades earlier- in the 1930s or 1940s, perhaps in the early 1950s.
We also know from JK Rowling that Luna and Rolf married "considerably later in life" than her contemporaries and that their children Lorcan and Lysander were born several years after the children of Luna's friends. If my estimates are correct, there seems to be a trend in the Scamander family to have children in their 30s.
, for real they just want more money using HP saga. I don't blame them, though.
